Toddler Sizing

Toddler size fits babies with a head circumference larger than 15 inches (38 cm).

  • Girls: Most baby girls will be big enough for a Toddler size vest around 6 months old, but should be measured when they're between 4 and 8 months to be sure. Any girls older than 8 months will most likely need a Toddler.
  • Boys: Most baby boys will be big enough for a Toddler size vest at 4 months. Parents should measure their boys who are between 3 and 6 months to make sure they are big enough for a Toddler. Boys older than 6 months will probably need to wear a Toddler size.

* These age brackets are based on US CDC growth rate charts. Age brackets will vary by country. Please measure your child's head to ensure a correct size.
